Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made at Kai's Tumbler Kreations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom items may take 5–10 business days before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx,
charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $100
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
Domestic: 2–7 business days(*Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.)We currently ship to the United States ONLY. If a destination isn’t available at checkout, we do not yet support shipping there
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. You may also view tracking in your Shopify account.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing
Shipping FAQs
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately—changes may not be possible after order fulfillment begins.
Q: Do you ship on weekends?
A: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and Some Saturdays, excluding Sunday, and holidays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. For damaged packages, contact us with photos within 48 hours
