Returns
Eligible items (Ready to Ship ONLY)may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Chargebacks & Payment Dispute
